Providence Health & Services CNA - Residential Care *1.0 FTE, Day, $2,000 Sign-On Bonus* in Polson, Montana
Providence is calling a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (Residential Care, Days, 1.0 FTE, Full-Time) to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
We are offering CNAs, who are not currently working for Providence or one of our affiliates, a $2,000 sign-on bonus to join our amazing CNA team! Repayment would be required based on a prorated amount, if you do not complete the minimum retention requirement.

In this position you will:
Apply patient identification and allergy bands.
Complete accurate intake and output.
Complete and document personal inventory on newly admitted patient and places their belonging in the locked cupboard.
Contribute to the assessment of the patient by collecting information for analysis by an RN.
Give complete and accurate report to licensed staff upon completion of tasks and duties.
Obtain and record height and weight.
Orient patient and family to call lights and unit routines. Answer patient calls promptly.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Successful completion of an orientation program or equivalent experience
CNAs required to obtain a CNA certification in Montana within 6 months from date of hire
CPR certification from AHA is required within 60 days from date of hire
