Providence Health & Services Practice Manager I - Family Medicine in Polson, Montana
Providence is calling a Practice Manager I (Family Medicine, Day Shift, 1.0) to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, Montana. In this position you will:
Oversee the daily operations of the support staff in a clinic, including access, scheduling, patient flow, telephones, information systems, medical records, patient care, etc.
Overall responsibility for recruitment, retention, training, compensation, and performance management of all clinic support staff
Analyze monthly statistical reports on clinic production and revenues
Recommend and implement process improvement plans to address areas of deficiency.
Develop and monitor clinic operating budgets
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field
Montana State RN license
1 year practice management experience
2 years supervisory/leadership experience
1 year experience in ambulatory or inpatient health care operations
